Yes! For This Moment by Mac carries liability insurance, which is required by many venues. If your venue requests proof of coverage, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to your event. Simply send us the venue's requirements and we'll take care of the rest.

We use a professional-grade photo booth system designed with image quality in mind. Our booth captures photos with a dedicated mirrorless camera and is paired with studio-quality flash lighting, helping us create crisp, flattering, consistently lit images with a polished, professional look.

We chose equipment that allows us to offer more than a typical tablet-camera photo booth experience. Guests still get the fun, easy interaction of a modern photo booth, while the camera and lighting behind it are designed to produce photographs you'll be excited to save, share, and print.

Start by submitting an inquiry through our website. We'll review your event details and typically respond within 24–48 hours.

From there, we'll gather any additional information we need and guide you through the fun details — including your backdrop, photo design, keepsakes, signage, balloon enhancements, and other ways to personalize your experience.

Once your selections are confirmed, you'll receive your final pricing, contract, and invoice. A 50% retainer is required to officially reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your event date and venue. Popular weekends may book quickly, and reserving early gives us more time to thoughtfully plan custom backdrops, keepsakes, signage, balloon enhancements, and other personalized details.

Absolutely. We're happy to coordinate with your venue, planner, or other event professionals regarding arrival times, setup requirements, insurance documents, and other logistical details. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

We offer photo booth experiences designed for different celebration styles and needs.

The Essential is our digital photo booth experience and includes an on-site attendant, a classic backdrop, custom digital photo template, digital photo delivery, and easy sharing options.

The Signature adds on-site printing and a premium backdrop for guests who want a tangible photo to take home.

The Luxe includes an elevated level of service with on-site printing, two attendants, premium backdrop options, and your choice of a keepsake experience for your guests.

We believe an elevated experience is created through the details. From beautiful backdrops and thoughtfully designed photo templates to having a mirror available for guests before they step in front of the camera, we think through the little things that help the experience feel polished and effortless.

We also prepare behind the scenes so you can stay present at your event. Our team arrives with backup supplies, additional print materials when applicable, and carefully planned equipment and power needs to help keep the setup clean and intentional.

Absolutely — personalization is one of our favorite parts of the experience. Depending on your package, you may be able to customize your photo template, backdrop, keepsakes, signage, balloon enhancements, and other details.

Yes. Additional service hours can be added based on availability. If you already know you'd like more time, we recommend adding it before your event so we can plan staffing and equipment accordingly.

Yes! While elevated photo booth experiences are at the heart of For This Moment by Mac, our backdrops can also be booked as a standalone rental.

Backdrop-only rentals include delivery, professional setup, and pickup, with rental periods of up to 8 hours. Whether you need a beautiful setting for a dessert table, welcome area, party photos, or another special moment, we're happy to help create the perfect backdrop for your event.

Your backdrop rental includes the selected backdrop, delivery, professional installation, and pickup.

If you'd like to personalize the setup further, signage, balloon enhancements, and other decorative details may be added based on your event vision and availability.

Space requirements vary depending on the backdrop and enhancements you select. Once we know which setup you're interested in, we'll confirm the recommended space and access requirements so everything fits comfortably at your venue.

Our current keepsake collection includes options such as photo keychains, magnets, and photo ornaments, but we're always open to new ideas.

If you have another keepsake in mind, let us know. If it's something we can source or create for your event, we'll do our best to make it happen.

Setup time depends on the experience and enhancements you select. Most photo booth setups require at least one hour prior to service, while more elaborate backdrops, balloon enhancements, or custom installations may require additional time.

Setup time does not reduce your booked photo booth service time. Your required access and setup window will be clearly outlined before your event so you can coordinate with your venue.

Once we know your package and venue, we'll confirm the recommended setup area so your guests have enough room to comfortably enjoy the experience.

Not for our standard photo booth experience. For This Moment by Mac comes prepared with our own power solution, giving us more flexibility in where your photo booth can be placed without requiring the setup to be right next to an outlet. It also helps us maintain the clean, polished look we want for your event by minimizing cords running across your space. We thoughtfully plan the technical details ahead of time so you can focus on enjoying your celebration. If your event includes an enhancement with additional power requirements, we’ll coordinate those details with you or your venue in advance.

If venue power access is required for your setup, we'll communicate those requirements with you ahead of your event.

We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling and cancellation terms depend on how close the change occurs to your event date and will be outlined in your contract.
